• ‘Ranked No. 1’ RRB in SHG Credit Linkage in Rajasthan - Bank has been the leader in the field of Micro Finance amongst all RRBs in the State. Bank has received ‘Award for Excellence’ in Self Help Group (SHG) Credit Linkage for the second consecutive year (2006-07) (i) For the Bank as a whole and (ii) For branches in respect of number of SHGs Credit Linkages & Amount financed.

• Acting as Self Help Promoting Institute (SHPI) for promotion of SHGs and using them as facilitator in business augmentation & recovery process.

• Micro Finance being extended under General as well as Govt. Sponsored Programmes.

• Empowerment of Women through SHG – 85% SHG Loan accounts of Women.

• Catering to the activity based finance and consumption needs of the rural people especially women thereby extending helping hand & contributing towards their economic independence.

• Working in close liaison with prominent NGOs such as PEDO, Mada etc. for furtherance of Micro Finance in our area of operation.

• Women Development Cell under NABARD Scheme is being established to plan & to ensure increased credit flow as also to strive towards capacity building of rural women and empowering them through SHGs.
